Product & Design Recruiter - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Product & Design Recruiter - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing and recruiting top talent for product management and design positions. As a remote recruiter, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on our hiring processes.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in product and design fields.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Utilize AI tools and data-driven decision-making to enhance candidate sourcing and selection.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create compelling job descriptions.
• Foster a diverse talent pipeline by implementing inclusive hiring practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in product and design roles.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles and familiarity with tools like Figma.
• Proven track record of successful placements in consumer technology or SaaS industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data analysis and reporting in recruitment.
• Familiarity with API design and technical recruiting.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
