Pharmacy Technician NVQ3 - Private Pharmacy Care

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician NVQ3 remote to join our team at Pharmacierge, where we are redefining the private pharmacy experience in the UK. Located on Wimpole Street in the heart of the London Harley Street Medical Area, we collaborate with leading private clinicians to deliver a seamless, safe, and highly personalized medication service. As a Pharmacy Technician NVQ3 remote, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and patient care, ensuring that every patient and prescriber receives the exceptional service we pride ourselves on.

What You'll Do

• Dispense medications accurately against prescriptions, adhering to pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and UK pharmacy regulations.
• Provide support and guidance to patients and prescribers, addressing clinical and non-clinical queries within your scope of practice.
• Utilize your NVQ3 Pharmacy Technician training to actively support the Pharmacierge team, contributing to the training and development of dispensary and support staff.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with stock control, including ordering, replenishment, and expiry checks.
• Support safety and quality assurance initiatives, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or concerns related to medication safety.

Requirements

• Hold an NVQ Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Qualification (or equivalent recognized by the General Pharmaceutical Council).
• Be a Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Exhibit excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Possess outstanding communication skills and a patient-centric approach to service delivery.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a private pharmacy setting.
• Familiarity with advanced pharmacy technologies.
