Personal Assistant to Director - Film Production

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to work closely with Director Anton Maslov on an exciting new film project centered around sports. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the creative process and assist with personal tasks. As a Personal Assistant to the Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the second director and contributing to the film's success. This position offers a chance to immerse yourself in the film industry while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Research and gather references for specific scenes in cinema, downloading clips and organizing them by importance.
• Perform editorial tasks, including editing scripts and correcting punctuation and stylistic errors in pre-production texts.
• Assist with presentations and have a good understanding of design principles.
• Manage personal and work schedules effectively.
• Handle personal search tasks and organize processes efficiently.
• Possibly shoot previews for the film.
• Manage and partially oversee social media accounts, transforming posts from Telegram into engaging slides or videos.
• Work closely with the director, understanding their vision and requirements.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a desire to excel in the film industry.
• Proactive attitude and a positive mindset, even in challenging situations.
• Experience with Miro and Keynote; familiarity with Photoshop is a plus.
• Ability to work with scripts and understand the director's workflow.
• Multitasking skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Problem-solving skills without panic attacks.
• Familiarity with basic editing software.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
