Performance Marketing Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This Performance Marketing Manager remote role offers the chance to lead and optimize paid acquisition strategies across various digital channels, providing you with full ownership of our paid media strategy and performance.

What You'll Do

  • Own the paid media strategy and performance across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Manage agency partners, set KPIs, allocate budgets, and ensure alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
  • Lead the transition from agency-managed campaigns to in-house execution, including campaign optimization and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with merchandising to prioritize SKUs and support product launches.
  • Direct Meta campaigns across various initiatives, including creative testing strategies.
  • Experiment and expand into additional paid channels such as Reddit, LinkedIn, and influencer marketing.
  • Oversee reporting, forecasting, and performance dashboards to drive ROI and data-informed decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, lifecycle marketing, and sales teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in paid and performance marketing.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Experience managing and scaling agency relationships.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic mindset.
  • Experience bringing paid media in-house is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • High-AOV ecommerce or B2B-adjacent experience.
  • Shopify-based ecommerce experience.
  • Experience in coffee, hospitality, or equipment-based businesses.
