About the Role

We are seeking a People Partner to join our team at Array, a leading financial innovation platform. As a remote People Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Product & Engineering teams while driving engagement and organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Do

  • Lead talent enablement with a focus on Product & Engineering, translating organizational-wide people strategies into actionable programs.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, serving as a trusted advisor and extension of People leadership.
  • Design, build, and execute people and talent programs from concept through implementation, iteration, and measurement.
  • Manage functional talent initiatives including org design, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Develop and retain talent across a distributed workforce, increasing engagement and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the People & Talent Strategy team to pilot and scale initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
  • Lead change management efforts related to organizational growth and team evolution.
  • Coach leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, and overall team health.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience on a People team, with at least 2+ years in a People Partner role.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders in Product & Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of talent management and organizational effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in leveraging people analytics and industry trends.
  • Ability to balance multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the FinTech industry.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for talent management.
