About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated People Operations Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
• Conduct data analysis to improve HR processes and provide insights to management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support for HR tools and systems, ensuring optimal usage.
• Advocate for employee needs and facilitate resolutions to HR-related issues.
• Collaborate with team leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in People Operations or HR management.
• Proficient in HRIS systems, particularly HiBob and Leapsome.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Russian.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports for HR metrics.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments and HR administration.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Experience in graphic design or branding.
• Knowledge of AI tools for HR applications.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
