About the Role

We are seeking a Payroll Implementation GP Country Lead - APAC Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead payroll implementation projects across the APAC region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and providing exceptional service to our clients. As a key player in our organization, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and make a significant impact on our payroll operations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead payroll implementation projects for clients in the APAC region, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll systems and optimize processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP payroll practices.
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to our payroll services.
  • Analyze payroll data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Utilize SAP and Excel to manage payroll data and reporting.
  • Lead a team of payroll specialists, providing mentorship and support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll implementation or management, preferably in the APAC region.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
  • Experience in project management and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work asynchronously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS payroll solutions is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in strategy consulting or sales strategy.
  • Familiarity with payroll operations in different APAC countries.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and payroll management best practices.
