Partnerships Manager - Remote Role at Scaleo

About the Role

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Scaleo. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic and referral partners in the iGaming ecosystem. As a Partnerships Manager, you will work remotely, allowing you to connect with partners and clients across the globe while contributing to our mission of empowering developers through education and community engagement.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic and referral partners.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within the affiliate and iGaming ecosystem.
• Maintain and actively manage a database of partners and potential clients.
• Travel to industry conferences and events across Europe.
• Organize and attend in-person meetings with existing and potential clients.
• Represent Scaleo as a brand ambassador.
• Help partners and clients understand how Scaleo can support their growth and business goals.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and long-term collaboration.

Requirements

• You have a strong network across the iGaming industry.
• You have experience in partnership management, affiliate marketing, or business development.
• You enjoy building long-term professional relationships and expanding partner networks.
• You are comfortable traveling and meeting clients in person or at industry events and conferences.
• You are proactive and capable of managing an active partner and client base.
• You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• You are confident representing a company publicly and building your professional network.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven companies.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to analyze partnership performance metrics.
