Partner Success Manager - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Partner Success Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the success of our partners, driving engagement, and fostering strong relationships. As a Partner Success Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance partner satisfaction and retention.
What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture relationships with partners to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance partner engagement and retention.
- Analyze partner feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide partners with the necessary resources and support.
- Conduct regular check-ins and training sessions with partners to ensure they are maximizing their use of our services.
- Track and report on partner success metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partner management or customer success roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with partners.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments is highly desirable.
- Proficient in data analysis and metrics tracking to drive partner success.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partner accounts effectively.
- Familiarity with account management tools and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in project management or stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of legal AI and data engineering concepts.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment.
