About the Role

We’re looking for a Participant Recruitment Coordinator - Remote to join our Clinical Operations team on an ad-hoc, freelance basis. This role is crucial for supporting the growth of our team and managing participant interactions during our clinical trials. As a Participant Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive trial experience for participants, which is essential for the success of our mission-driven work.

What You'll Do

• Conduct participant-facing tasks to ensure a positive trial experience.
• Oversee data collection and in-person processes related to participant recruitment.
• Maintain and update participant trackers to ensure accurate data management.
• Assist the Principal Investigator (PI) with trial implementation and logistics.
• Respond to data queries from Contract Research Organizations (CROs) to facilitate smooth operations.
• Collaborate with trial teams to create seamless participant experiences.
• Contribute to team discussions and process improvements to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Utilize tech tools like Calendly and Docusign to streamline processes.
