Part-Time Team Assistant - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Team Assistant to join our Fighter Radar Engineering department at HENSOLDT. This remote opportunity allows you to support our team in Ulm, Germany, while contributing to exciting national and international projects. As a Team Assistant, you will play a crucial role in organizing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

What You'll Do

• Organize general secretarial activities, including mail management, office supplies, and filing systems.
• Manage orders, employee reports, and expense reimbursements for business events.
• Evaluate time tracking data and approve entries in SAP CATS.
• Conduct goods receipt inspections and invoice verifications for orders.
• Provide organizational support to department heads, including creating invitations and scheduling appointments.
• Plan, book, and settle travel arrangements according to company travel policies.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications.
• Professional experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured working style.
• Engaged, open-minded, and dynamic personality.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Fluent in both German and English.
