What You'll Do

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors, ensuring the designs meet usability standards.

  • Identify capabilities and services that will enhance the end-user experience.
  • Create and design wireframes, process flows, user personas, and journey maps to visualize user interactions.

  • Present findings and recommendations to client teams through engaging overview presentations and Q&A sessions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of accessibility requirements to ensure inclusive design practices.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a User Experience Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user experience design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
