What You'll Do
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors, ensuring the designs meet usability standards.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to plan user experience strategies effectively.
- Lead meetings with clients to gather requirements and clarify project objectives.
- Identify capabilities and services that will enhance the end-user experience.
- Create and design wireframes, process flows, user personas, and journey maps to visualize user interactions.
- Conduct usability testing and surveys to gather feedback on designs and improve user satisfaction.
- Present findings and recommendations to client teams through engaging overview presentations and Q&A sessions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of accessibility requirements to ensure inclusive design practices.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a User Experience Analyst or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user experience design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
