What You'll Do

  • Supervise and coordinate restaurant activities during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts from 3:30 PM until closing.
  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Manage guest relations and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reports.
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members to uphold company standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Perform closing activities at the end of each nightly shift.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Flexibility to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings.
