What You'll Do

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with their requests, ensuring a friendly and helpful atmosphere.
• Sell food and beverage items at the concession stand, meeting sales expectations through suggestive selling and upselling.
• Operate point-of-sale terminals accurately and efficiently, handling cash and making change.
• Prepare food and beverage orders while adhering to food safety policies and local regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness in the concession stand and beverage areas, ensuring a sanitary environment for guests and staff.
• Monitor and communicate social distancing guidelines to ensure guest safety.
• Assist in filling online concession orders and preparing them for pickup.
• Support other functions as directed by the General Manager or management team.
