What You'll Do
- Generate sales by providing outstanding customer service and meeting company objectives.

- Assist in recruiting and training new store personnel on operational procedures.

- Control expenses by managing store inventory and preparing schedules within wage control guidelines.
- Open and close the store as required, following operational procedures.
- Participate in Lids training programs and provide feedback on associate performance.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the company.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal communication.
- Ability to operate a computer and relevant software programs.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
