About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Parent Educator to join our team remotely. As a Parent Educator, you will play a crucial role in supporting families through home visits, educational activities, and community engagement. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and family support.
What You'll Do
- Conduct weekly home visits to engage with families and provide support.
- Facilitate family engagement activities aligned with the Early Childhood Education Center’s goals.
- Perform developmental and health screenings, ensuring timely documentation and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of community resources to assist families effectively.
- Plan and execute monthly group meetings and activities for families.
- Promote the Home Based program through community outreach and recruitment efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current Arizona State teaching certification in Early Childhood Education or Intervention Specialist.
- Experience in teaching, family support, or community service coordination.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with child development principles and adult education strategies.
- Experience with community networking and resource development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online documentation tools.

Who Will Succeed Here
