About the Role

We are seeking a Paid Social Performance Marketing Associate - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition through innovative paid social strategies. You will work with various platforms such as Meta and TikTok to optimize campaigns and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). As a key player in our marketing efforts, you will leverage generative AI tools and business intelligence tools to analyze campaign performance and improve creative strategies.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize user acquisition strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
• Utilize data analysis to inform decisions and adjust campaigns in real-time for maximum effectiveness.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure campaigns are delivered within financial constraints while achieving desired outcomes.
• Conduct A/B testing on various ad formats and strategies to identify the most effective approaches.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Report on campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in paid social media marketing or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Meta Ads Manager and TikTok.
• Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with creative testing and campaign management.
• Passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
