OTB Lead - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an OTB Lead to join our team remotely. As an OTB Lead, you will supervise operations at our off-track betting facilities, ensuring compliance and enhancing customer experience. This role is pivotal in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our betting operations.

What You'll Do

• Supervise all operating departments within the OTB, ensuring compliance with business plans and policies.
• Handle customer relations, addressing inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Direct, schedule, and supervise hourly staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
• Ensure all equipment is operational and arrange for necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Post daily programs and results, ensuring accurate information dissemination.
• Assist in executing marketing promotions to enhance customer engagement.
• Recruit and train hourly staff, making recommendations for hiring and promotions.
• Collaborate with the facility manager to foster a harmonious working environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a 3610 and Racing License from the Louisiana Racing Commission.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Ability to analyze and interpret documentation and present information clearly.
• Proficient in mathematical computations relevant to the role.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
