Operations Management Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Management Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As an Operations Management Analyst remote, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and administrative functions, ensuring that our organization meets its strategic goals.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate budget preparation by researching and collecting input from various internal and external resources.
• Review monthly department budget reports to maintain expense controls and prepare commentary for management review.
• Analyze operational metrics, including capacity utilization and resource allocation, to improve project efficiency.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs and trends effectively.
• Support ad hoc analysis and executive reporting needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data sources and improve data quality.
• Compile operating, financial, and statistical reports to assist in decision-making.
• Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with our client values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations management.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving environments.

• Experience in developing benchmarking models and forecasting scenarios.
