About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our team at QIMA. This remote internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations while contributing to the delivery of industry-leading services. As an Operations Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations team and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained across all services.

What You'll Do

• Assist in scheduling inspections according to client requirements, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships from onboarding to service scheduling, fostering strong partnerships.
• Plan and allocate resources based on service types and inspector expertise to optimize operational efficiency.
• Provide daily operational support to field inspectors and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations.
• Gain international professional experience and explore various key functions within the company.
• Receive guidance from a manager throughout the internship, enhancing your learning experience.
• Engage in projects that contribute to the overall success of the operations team.
• Work Monday to Saturday, from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M., developing your skills in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Good English communication skills are essential for this role.
• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Manufacturing is required.
• High work ethics and a willingness to learn are crucial for success.
• Previous exposure to 3rd party inspection is a plus but not mandatory.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
