About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to join our team in a remote capacity.   • Perform timely follow-ups on claims to prevent revenue loss.
  • Prioritize pending claims for calling from the aging bucket.
  • Review unpaid claims from insurance companies and check for insufficient or unclear information.
  • Adhere to HIPAA compliance while communicating with insurance companies.
  • Handle patient billing queries and update account information accurately.
  • Document all processes and maintain confidentiality in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any stream with 2-5 years of experience in operations or customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in using computerized billing systems and practice management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare insurance processes is a plus.
