Night Shift Medication Aide - Join Our Caring Team

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Shift Medication Aide to join our team at Caring Places Management. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors and ensuring they receive their medications on time. As a Night Shift Medication Aide, you will work from 10 PM to 6 AM, contributing to a supportive and nurturing environment for our residents.

What You'll Do

• Administer medications to residents during the night shift, ensuring accuracy and compliance with care plans.
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities, fostering a sense of independence among residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with a team of caregivers to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds routinely.
• Prior experience as a caregiver or in an assisted living environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.

Nice to Have

• Certification as a Medication Aide or similar qualification.
• Experience working with seniors in a healthcare setting.
