About the Role

We are seeking a passionate New Product Development Specialist to join our innovative team at Lion. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while leading exciting projects in the beverage industry. As a New Product Development Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring successful execution of projects across the supply chain.

What You'll Do

  • Lead multiple New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with various teams including Marketing, Innovation, Packaging, Brewing, Engineering, Quality, and Planning to align project goals.
  • Manage project planning, timelines, risk assessments, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Oversee site NPD processes, ensuring SAP product master data accuracy and material sign-offs.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and drive solutions to completion, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Champion safety and quality standards in all aspects of project execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing fast-paced projects in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align teams.
  • Experience or exposure to New Product Development, product change, or promotional activities.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems and structured processes.
  • A collaborative approach that thrives both on the production floor and in meetings.
  • Experience in brewing, beverages, packaging, or FMCG manufacturing is a plus.
