About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Museum Project Coordinator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating museum events, ensuring smooth operations and engaging experiences for visitors. What You'll Do

• Plan the schedule of events at the museum, including lectures, presentations, and tours, for two months in advance with weekly updates.
• Collaborate with art clubs and communities to conduct special programs at the museum.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from media, partners, and visitors.
• Coordinate the museum's preparations for events and participate in them actively.
• Work with experts to prepare audio guides, video lectures, and other content.
• Post information about events on the museum's website and partner resources.
• Oversee the production of museum merchandise from concept to realization.
• Coordinate volunteer activities at the museum.

Requirements

• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• High motivation to work in a museum environment.
• Empathy and friendliness towards visitors and colleagues.
• Proficient in basic office software (Word, Excel) and video editing tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management or event coordination.
