Mid-Weight Product Designer - Remote Healthcare Innovation

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Weight Product Designer to join our team at HeliosX, where you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing healthcare through innovative design. This Mid-Weight Product Designer remote position offers an exciting opportunity to create user-centered digital healthcare experiences that are accessible and effective across multiple markets.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process for features and medium-scope product initiatives.
• Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into clear, effective design solutions.
• Produce high-quality UX, UI, and prototypes that meet accessibility and usability standards.
• Work within and contribute to the HeliosX Design System to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape solutions and ensure feasibility.
• Contribute to discovery work, usability testing, and research synthesis.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and iterate on existing features.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience designing digital products in a product-led or cross-functional environment.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility.
• Confident in creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using tools like Figma and other AI tools.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
• A clear communicator who can explain design decisions to different audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthtech, fintech, e-commerce, or other regulated or high-scale environments.
• Experience working across multiple markets or localized products.
