Mid-Senior System Administrator (Windows & Linux) - International Project
About the Role
Newtech is seeking a talented Mid-Senior System Administrator (Windows and Linux) to join our international project team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on-site in Liège, Belgium, for a duration of 1-3 years. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing both Windows and Linux operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
What You'll Do
- Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement system hardening and security measures to protect infrastructure.
- Prepare technical documentation in English for system configurations and procedures.
- Collaborate with networking teams to manage and secure network infrastructure.
- Utilize monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Logpoint to ensure system health and security.
Requirements
- Technical diploma or degree in IT, Telecommunications, or Electronics.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator in similar roles.
- Expertise in Windows Server and RHEL 8.x installation, deployment, and configuration.
- Familiarity with security tools such as Sentinel One and Tenable.
- Ability to work on-site in Liège, Belgium, with relocation support provided.
Nice to Have
- Experience with API Gateways like NGINX.
- Knowledge of IAM/PAM solutions such as Keycloak and BeyondTrust.
- Familiarity with special tools like ECOS BootStick and Genuscreen.

- Full-time permanent contract with a salary range of €45,000 - €55,000.
