Mid-Senior Product Owner - Credit Card Product Portfolio

About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Senior Product Owner to lead our Credit Card product portfolio. This role requires relocation to HCMC, Vietnam, and offers a unique opportunity to work with a team of digital evangelists and fintech experts. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our credit card products, impacting the lives of over 20 million customers worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Own and define the Credit Card product vision and roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Manage the full product development lifecycle, from problem definition and discovery to design, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Utilize data to measure the success of product initiatives and inform product decisions.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness.
• Facilitate effective product delivery rituals and maintain a transparent delivery backlog in Jira.
• Contribute to AI-enabled initiatives where applicable, helping frame problems and define success metrics.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Product Owner in high-growth digital or tech companies.
• Experience in credit cards, debit cards, lending, or payments.
• Strong technical fluency to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong product judgement and prioritization skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and the Atlassian suite.

Nice to Have

• Experience shipping AI-enabled features or partnering with data/ML teams.
• Certifications in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• Computer engineering or related technical background.
