About the Role

We're seeking a Mid-Senior Product Manager - Digital Products to join our innovative team at Scalepex. What You'll Do

• Craft and manage roadmaps for a range of digital products, from strategic planning to optimization activities.
• Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of design, content, development, and optimization professionals on product development.
• Define product visions, business cases, and create high-level user stories while prioritizing effectively.
• Work closely with business partners to align initiatives with our overall business strategy.
• Build and support business cases for developing new digital capabilities.
• Evaluate sprints to ensure business benefits are delivered, taking action when necessary.
• Coach and support fellow product managers, providing continual feedback and guidance.

Requirements

• Experience in delivering beautiful digital products within an agile environment.
• Some experience in supporting, guiding, or managing other product managers.
• A user-centered approach, balancing business needs with a commitment to learning from users.
• A digital advocate who seeks to enhance the firm's experience and ensure commercial success.
• Ability to articulate the value of your work to customers and the business.
• Familiarity with product strategy techniques such as prioritization and backlog management.
• Willingness to explore new methodologies and continuously improve.

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital product management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles.
• Knowledge of analytics tools to measure product performance.
