About the Role
We're hiring a Mid-Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our innovative team at RecovryAI. This fully remote position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the medical AI field. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll work closely with our Principal Engineer to develop products that enhance patient care and clinical outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack features across web and mobile platforms.
- Build scalable backend services using Python, AWS, and GraphQL.
- Create responsive, intuitive user interfaces with React and Flutter.
- Architect and implement serverless solutions on AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with our small engineering team to shape technical decisions.
- Maintain and enhance our existing systems while building new capabilities.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong full-stack development capabilities with production experience in both backend and frontend technologies.
- AWS expertise, including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and other core services.
- Backend proficiency in Python and RESTful/GraphQL API development.
- Frontend experience with React and modern TypeScript.
- Database knowledge, including NoSQL, DynamoDB, and SQL databases.
- Experience with version control, Git, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
Nice to Have
- Experience with serverless architectures and AWS AppSync.
- Familiarity with Next.js and modern React patterns.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, Serverless Framework.
- Mobile development experience with Flutter.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Background or interest in healthcare/medical technology.
- Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity.
- Current knowledge of and experience with AI-enabled coding assistants.

Who Will Succeed Here
