Mid-Senior Field Marketing Manager - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Mid-Senior Field Marketing Manager to join Cloudera in a remote capacity. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategies and expanding our presence in the West Region. This position focuses on sustaining our expansion business while increasing our net-new logo revenues. You will collaborate closely with regional sales teams to develop effective strategies and execute plans that yield measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute multi-segment/industry programs and campaigns targeting large enterprise to mid-size accounts.
- Manage various campaign categories, including physical and virtual events, content syndication, email, paid social (LinkedIn), and direct mail.
- Provide pre-launch content, training, and SFDC tagging information to sellers, ensuring follow-through after campaigns to monitor marketing attribution.
- Work alongside regional sales leaders to align annual and quarterly go-to-market plans with revenue targets.
- Analyze marketing program and campaign data to derive actionable insights, telling a credible marketing pipeline narrative.
- Lead growth marketing and integrated programs for new customer acquisition through ABM (account-based marketing) and scalable programs.
- Collaborate with product teams to stimulate early demand ahead of launches.
- Manage the annual budget with a focus on OPEX efficiency tied to marketing ROI.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in B2B field marketing experience in the enterprise software or technology space.
- Proven experience with modern field marketing, demand generation, and omni-channel marketing.
- Familiarity with common MarTech stack, including Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
- B.A. / B.S or equivalent undergraduate degree in a relevant technical subject preferred.
- Excellent written and communication skills to effectively present to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and multiple suppliers/vendors.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management platforms.
