About the Role

Join Marelli as an MFE Engineer in this exciting remote opportunity. As an MFE Engineer, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing feasibility engineering processes. Your work will support the technical validation of new product launches and process changes, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with quality standards.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct manufacturing feasibility studies for new products and engineering changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and quality to identify risks and propose solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean/Six Sigma principles.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for feasibility analyses, risk assessments, and process recommendations.
  • Participate in the implementation of process changes and provide technical support to production teams.
  • Track and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process validation, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Skilled in MS Office; experience with CAD tools is a plus.
