Member of Information & Security - Remote Role
About the Role
Join Anchorage Digital as a Member of Information & Security in this exciting remote role. You will help build and scale a forward-looking security program that ensures the security of our data and our client’s digital assets while meeting necessary regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do
- Lead various information security projects, including cybersecurity risk assessments and designing key internal controls.
- Identify and evaluate risks to the company’s Information Security Program and create controls to manage operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001.
- Develop meaningful reporting and metrics to drive the maturity of the enterprise information security program.
- Work autonomously and define priorities under broad direction while applying problem-solving skills to translate regulations into technical controls.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and IT risk management.
- Expert knowledge of regulatory frameworks and methodologies, including NIST and ISO standards.
- Strong project management skills to support stability and successful execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and build relationships across teams.
- Experience with cloud environments and enterprise security practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in startups or fintech companies.
- Background as an information systems auditor or consultant.
- Familiarity with cryptography and APIs.
