Medical Representative - Remote Position
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Medical Representative to join our team remotely. As a Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting Hikma Pharmaceuticals' products to healthcare professionals in Kuwait. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets while building strong relationships with doctors and medical professionals.
What You'll Do
- Plan and conduct daily visits to healthcare professionals to promote assigned products and convey company messages.
- Assess the needs of patients and doctors to effectively position the benefits of Hikma's brands.
- Utilize effective selling skills and perform cost-benefit analyses to deliver the brand's value proposition in alignment with marketing messages.
- Maintain strong disease and product knowledge in the assigned therapy area.
- Conduct conferences and lectures on Hikma products while developing effective contacts.
- Build trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen Hikma’s image.
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages.
- Review sales performance and develop marketing plans to achieve objectives.
- Document all sales-related activities in a timely manner and generate necessary reports.
Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in injectables and/or oncology.
- Residency and a driving license in Kuwait are required.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Initiative and a drive for results.
- Excellent planning and organizing abilities.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills.
