About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team at Intuitive. This remote Marketing Manager position will focus on implementing and executing marketing programs to drive the adoption and growth of da Vinci surgical procedures across various specialties, including General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, and Thoracic Surgery.

What You'll Do

  • Understand the market dynamics, including Open/MIS rates, national outcomes, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Develop and execute marketing tactics tailored to the needs of General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, and Thoracic Surgery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional sales and training teams to align marketing strategies with regional goals.
  • Build value propositions and marketing tools to support sales quotas and product growth.
  • Partner with key surgeon champions to create and implement educational programs that enhance the utilization of da Vinci surgery.
  • Quantify the impact of marketing initiatives through clinical, economic, and strategic evidence.
  • Align with relevant surgical and executive societies to promote da Vinci surgery.
  • Manage departmental and cross-functional projects effectively, ensuring budget adherence and timely execution.

Requirements

  • A university degree in life sciences or business discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical/product marketing within a therapeutic medical device company.
  • Strong clinical, surgical, and operating theatre experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver clinical education and marketing programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, or Thoracic Surgery.
  • Familiarity with robotic surgical systems and technologies.
  • Experience in managing projects within a competitive healthcare environment.
