What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, focusing on traditional marketing methods such as print, direct mail, and email marketing.
  • Oversee the strategy and performance tracking of direct mail campaigns to ensure effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Support commercial marketing efforts, including collateral development and strategies aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
  • Plan and execute Hunter-centered events, representing the company at local festivals, trade shows, and community events.
  • Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support marketing initiatives and create targeted lead lists.
  • Manage community partnerships and ensure alignment with Hunter’s mission and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.
  • 5-8+ years of progressive marketing experience, particularly in integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Proven experience in managing timelines, budgets, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate marketing performance through data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fiber broadband or telecommunications operations.
