We're hiring a Marketing Manager to join our team at Perdue Farms. What You'll Do

• Develop and launch product and packaging initiatives, managing projects effectively.
• Own KPI tracking and insights, collaborating with teams to monitor category and brand performance.
• Build and refine activation measurement plans to evaluate performance against goals.
• Produce strategic reports for leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive alignment and facilitate timely decision-making.
• Develop compelling messaging and positioning for products, translating features into consumer benefits.
• Oversee campaign execution, ensuring on-brand and on-strategy delivery.
• Create high-impact sales materials that articulate value propositions and competitive differentiation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in CPG/food.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strategic thinking to align tasks with overall marketing goals.
• Experience with performance/market data sources and Microsoft Suite.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools to streamline work processes.
• Familiarity with Nielsen, IRI, or similar data sources.
