Marketing Event Manager - Remote Opportunity

As a Marketing Event Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our field marketing engine, creating memorable experiences that resonate with our audience.

What You'll Do

• Lead event logistics and on-site coordination for industry conferences, hosted events, and webinars, ensuring a seamless experience from registration to execution.
• Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop event briefs, contracts, timelines, and checklists, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Amplify events through social media campaigns, creating engaging content that boosts awareness and drives attendance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align event initiatives with lead generation goals, capturing high-quality leads.
• Assist in planning and delivering multi-touch marketing campaigns that integrate events into a cohesive marketing strategy.
• Analyze and optimize post-event performance, gathering data and feedback to assess ROI and inform future planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably in B2B and/or startup environments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, and LinkedIn for businesses is a plus.
• Willingness to travel when needed (up to twice a quarter).
