About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Director - Remote to join our award-winning craft distillery in Traverse City, MI. This role is pivotal as we expand our brand presence in the beverage and CPG industry. As a Marketing Director, you will lead our marketing strategy and operations, ensuring our innovative products reach whiskey fans nationwide.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our strategic goals.
• Lead multi-channel brand initiatives, including digital marketing, social media, PR, and events.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive brand growth and enhance consumer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 6–10+ years of marketing experience in the beverage, CPG, or hospitality sectors.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and mentoring.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including SEO, email, social media, and e-commerce.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to define and track KPIs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
