About the Role

Charlie Health is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing & Creative Intern to join our team remotely. As a Marketing & Creative Intern, you will support a range of design, web, and content tasks that bring our brand to life across various channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the marketing field while contributing to meaningful projects that enhance behavioral healthcare accessibility.

What You'll Do

• Design and update marketing materials using Figma to ensure our branding is consistent and engaging.
• Edit and version existing collateral to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Upload new blogs and testimonials to our website using WordPress, enhancing our online presence.
• Support website updates during versioning cycles to improve user experience.
• Maintain and organize asset libraries, ensuring easy access to marketing materials.
• Collaborate with teammates across marketing to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
• Assist with ad hoc marketing and design projects as needed, contributing to team success.

Requirements

• A current student in a related field with hands-on design experience.
• Proficient in Figma and/or other design tools.
• Familiarity with CMS tools like WordPress is essential.
• Known for attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• A proactive contributor with initiative and a willingness to learn.
• A strong communicator who is collaborative and eager to grow.
• Excited about creativity and making behavioral healthcare more accessible.

Nice to Have

• Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
