About the Role

What You'll Do

• Assist with content creation and management for blogs, announcements, and educational materials.
• Support internal communication initiatives, particularly within lifecycle marketing campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app messages).
• Lead outreach to Affiliates, YouTubers, Influencers, and KOLs to build relationships and secure partnerships.
• Drive new user growth through referral initiatives and community engagement.
• Participate in marketing campaign executions and growth experiments, analyzing performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team on recurring tasks and campaign execution.

Requirements

• Interest in crypto/blockchain; previous experience in Web3 or tech marketing is a plus.
• Must be a current Binance user.
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and business development processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
