About the Role

Compass is seeking a Marketing Advisor to join our team in Los Angeles. This role is pivotal in shaping our agents' marketing and branding projects from concept to execution. As a Marketing Advisor remote, you will work closely with various stakeholders to create impactful marketing strategies that enhance the agent experience.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver world-class client service by consulting with our customers daily to identify their marketing needs.
  • Build strategic marketing plans that guide agents to success and help execute these plans efficiently.
  • Develop an understanding of the Compass platform and advocate for its advantages.
  • Create strategic marketing plans that maximize the effectiveness of agents' budgets across various channels including branding, digital, and print.
  • Organize and assemble templated creative work such as print ads and brochures using InDesign.
  • Liaise between the design team and agents to ensure cohesive marketing deliverables.
  • Provide personalized experiences for customers, crafting targeted marketing strategies that exceed expectations.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing plans to inform future strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategy and planning across multiple channels.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
  • Passionate about marketing and technology.
