About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Manager, Payroll Operations - EMEA Remote to lead our payroll operations across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and implementing global payroll best practices. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with HR and finance departments to streamline payroll operations and enhance employee satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Manage payroll operations for the EMEA region, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Implement and maintain payroll systems and tools, including SAP and Google Sheets, to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP regulations.
- Lead a team of payroll specialists, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement, leveraging automation and AI where applicable.
- Develop and execute payroll strategies that align with business objectives and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding payroll operations and compliance.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll information while adhering to data protection regulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a global environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll best practices and compliance regulations in the EMEA region.
- Proficiency in payroll software, particularly SAP, and advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience with payroll automation and AI technologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience with payroll processing in multiple countries within the EMEA region.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and B2B payroll operations.
- Certification in payroll management or related fields.
