About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager, Payroll Operations - EMEA Remote to lead our payroll operations across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations while optimizing payroll processes. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the overall success of our global payroll operations.
What You'll Do
- Oversee payroll processing for EMEA, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, with a focus on EMEA regulations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll best practices and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in team leadership and operations management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in account management and customer relationship management is a plus.
