Manager, Payroll Operations - EMEA Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager, Payroll Operations - EMEA Remote to lead our payroll operations across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations while optimizing payroll processes. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the overall success of our global payroll operations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee payroll processing for EMEA, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Implement best practices in payroll management and operations to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll-related processes and improve employee experience.
• Utilize SAP and Excel to manage payroll data and generate reports for analysis.
• Lead a team of payroll specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration to improve payroll operations.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers related to payroll services.
• Conduct risk evaluations and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, with a focus on EMEA regulations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll best practices and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in team leadership and operations management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in account management and customer relationship management is a plus.
