Manager, Digital Client Success - Remote Leadership Role
About the Role
We are seeking a Manager, Digital Client Success to join our team at Finalsite, a leader in community relationship management for K-12 schools. This remote role allows you to lead a team of Client Success Managers and Specialists, driving client retention and product adoption across our digitally scaled client segment.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Success Managers and Specialists to support a digitally scaled client portfolio.
- Oversee daily client activities and ensure effective use of customer success technology and systems, including Salesforce and Totango.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team sessions focused on client health, renewals, and performance trends.
- Implement renewal strategies and maintain accurate forecasting to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership on pricing discussions and renewal negotiations.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring client health scores and implementing process improvements.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues, coordinating resolutions with Product, Support, and Sales teams.
- Utilize client insights to influence product roadmap planning and service model evolution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Client Operations within a SaaS or services organization.
- 2+ years of people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve strong retention outcomes and operational consistency.
- Advanced proficiency with customer success platforms such as Salesforce and Totango.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset focused on outcomes, scalability, and team enablement.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or formal leadership training preferred.
