About the Role

We are looking for a Manager, Broker Relations - Institutional (B2B) Remote to join our team at Crypto.com. In this pivotal role, you will lead our B2B broker expansion, enhancing our broker program and integrating liquidity and intermediary services. As the global financial ecosystem increasingly integrates digital assets into traditional brokerage models, your expertise will be crucial in bridging the gap between our world-class liquidity and institutional intermediaries.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop new partnerships with brokers to expand Crypto.com’s broker program.
  • Grow the broker program to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current brokers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Provide timely customer service and issue resolution for brokers, enhancing their experience.
  • Draft and close ROI-centric partnership agreements with brokers.
  • Attend industry events to engage with brokers and promote our services.
  • Monitor market landscape and competitor trends within the broker space to identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, API integrations, or broker programs within finance or crypto sectors.
  • A strong network of contacts in the brokers/fintech intermediary space.
  • Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners.
  • Excellent command of professional written and oral English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
  • Writing and presentation samples are welcome to showcase your communication skills.

  • Experience with digital asset platforms and financial technologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments affecting brokers and fintechs.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a high-growth startup.
