What You'll Do

• Provide technical expertise in Linux server administration, ensuring smooth operations through effective troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Respond to automatically generated tickets from monitoring tools, investigating error messages to determine root causes.
• Develop shell scripts for automation and evaluation of server performance.
• Manage systems through virtualization technologies, ensuring optimal resource allocation and load balancing.
• Collaborate with security departments to maintain system integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate with external resolution groups to meet service level agreements.
• Handle complex tickets and ensure effective communication with clients and IT representatives.
• Participate in professional development and continuous learning opportunities.

Requirements

• B2 level of written and verbal French and B1 level of written and verbal English.
• Experience with Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, or similar operating systems.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills to resolve server issues.
• Ability to work independently and proactively learn new technologies.
• Familiarity with virtualization software such as KVM, Hypervisor, or LXC.
• Experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field is a plus.
