About the Role
We're hiring a Lifecycle Specialist - Time & Attendance to join our dynamic team at Remote. This remote position plays a crucial role in managing Time & Attendance activities for our external employees and clients across EMEA. You will ensure legal compliance while delivering an exceptional employee experience, all from the comfort of your home.
What You'll Do
- Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance matters, assisting Senior Specialists on complex projects.
- Manage employee lifecycle leave and working hours matters with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advise on employment legislation and provide guidance on legal interpretations as a trusted consultant.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities.
- Develop and update internal documentation based on legislative changes.
- Proactively address inquiries on all employment matters in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to automation and product development.
- Safely manage and maintain employee data while adhering to established protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events with a focus on legal compliance.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously using various tools.
- Experience with communication and project management tools such as Notion, Slack, and G-suite.
- Enthusiasm for AI and its applications in operations and automation.
