About the Role

We are seeking a Legal Operations & Technology Analytics Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will contribute to improving operational efficiency and driving technology solutions that meet our legal and operational needs.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and optimize legal operations processes using data analytics and technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for legal technology tools and systems.
  • Utilize tools such as Power BI and Excel for data visualization and reporting.
  • Support project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in training and onboarding team members on new technology tools and processes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in legal operations or technology analytics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Power BI and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Experience with AI solutions and technology adoption in a legal context.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in customer service and technical support roles.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with medical informatics and trading desk operations.
  • Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
  • Fluency in German is a plus.
