About the Role

OpenSesame is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Legal Intern for the Summer 2026 program. This Legal Internship - Remote offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, remote-first B2B SaaS company. As a Legal Intern, you will support projects across contracts, privacy, compliance, and intellectual property, contributing to our mission of transforming workforce development with an AI-powered marketplace.

What You'll Do

  • Review agreements and contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Conduct research on various legal topics, including privacy laws and intellectual property rights.
  • Assist with compliance initiatives to help maintain organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support legal projects and initiatives.
  • Engage in creative project submissions as part of the application process.
  • Participate in professional development sessions and networking opportunities.
  • Utilize strong communication and analytical skills to contribute effectively.
  • Work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period from June 16 to August 14, 2026.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a JD program at an accredited college or university.
  • Completion or enrollment in a Contracts course is ideal.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for law and technology.
  • Creative mindset for the project requirement.
  • Must have a personal computer and access to high-speed internet.
  • Availability for a full-time internship during the specified period.
