About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Legal & Business Affairs Counsel - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 3-5 years of experience in legal counsel, preferably in commercial law or intellectual property.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.
